LIPAD®-100 – PORTABLE ALIGNMENT DEVICE

With LiPAD®-100 Northrop Grumman LITEF presents an innovative concept for a portable alignment device for highly accurate measurements.

LiPAD®-100 is based on 60 years of experience with high performance fiber optic gyroscopes and MEMS-based accelerometers. After a short alignment phase LiPAD®-100 provides the angle data pitch, roll and heading to north even under dynamic conditions.

The measurement and status data are presented on an external tablet in an Android based APP which also allows sending commands to LiPAD®-100.

LiPAD®-100 is powered by an exchangeable and rechargeable battery package and thus enables independent operation for more than five hours.
