SS50AT
SS50AT Bipolar Hall-effect sensor IC, SOT-89B, 1000 units/pocket tape and reel
The SS40A, SS40A-L, SS40A-T2, SS40A-T3 and SS50AT Bipolar Hall Effect sensor ICs are small, versatile digital Hall-effect devices that are operated by the magnetic field from a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. The bipolar magnetics respond to alternating North and South poles. The open-collector sinking output voltage easily interfaces with a wide variety of electronic circuits. These products have a thermally balanced integrated circuit over the full temperature range. A built-in regulator provides very stable operation over 4.5 Vdc to 24 Vdc supply voltage range, and internal circuitry prevents sensor damage in case the supply voltage polarity is accidentally reversed.
NOTE: The integrated circuitry provides excellent temperature stability and accuracy in a robust design. These digital Hall-effect sensor ICs have an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C [-40 °F to 257 °F], appropriate for commercial, consumer, and industrial environments.
